We want you to be thrilled with your Raptic order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund of the product price. So, if for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please contact our Customer Service team for help returning your product. Orders from RapticStrong.com.au come with our 30 day return policy. No fine print or gotchas here, all you have to do is send the product back to us in the original packaging, with the product in the same condition in which we sent it to you (new & unused). Here is how it works:
Orders from RapticStrong.com.au can be returned up to 30 days from the original ship date.
Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped. That means new and in the original packaging.
Return shipping is free for orders shipping within Australia. To take advantage, use the pre-paid label provided to you through the return process.
Your returns will be sent to our fulfillment center where, usually within 3 business days, your shipment will be inspected and processed. From there, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This usually takes around 7 days. Depending on your credit card company, an additional 2-10 business days may pass before the credit is posted to your account. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Once your return is approved, we will refund the original purchase price of the product. Unfortunately, we will not refund any expedited shipping costs.
Refunds of products purchased from other than X-Doria.com or MobileTechnica, including purchases made at Amazon.com, are at the discretion of the individual retailer where the product was purchased.

International Orders & Shipments
Items shipping to destinations outside the Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes and tariffs. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees. It is your responsibility to know the laws and policies of the country you will receive the product in. If you are unsure what to expect, please contact your local customs or post office for details. The customer is responsible for payment of import duties and taxes as imposed by customs when the product arrives in the destination country.
Please don't refuse the package because of the customs or taxes charged when the item is delivered. The carrier won't be able to return the item to us unless these fees are paid and our only option is to abandon the package in customs. If this happens, we won't be able to offer a refund.

The customer is responsible for import duties and taxes as billed by the courier and/or imposed by the customs officials in your country.
