No Hassle Returns!

We want you to be thrilled with your Raptic order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund of the product price. So, if for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please contact our Customer Service team for help returning your product. 

Orders from authorised retailers and come with our 90 day return policy. No fine print or gotchas here, all you have to do is send the product back to us in its original packaging, with the product in the same condition in which we sent it to you (new & unused). Here is how it works:

Orders can be returned up to 90 days from the original ship date.

Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped. That means new and in the original packaging.

Return shipping will be at the standard rate according to Australia Post. 

Your returns will be sent to our fulfillment centre where, usually within 3 business days, your shipment will be inspected and processed. From there, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This usually takes around 7 days. Depending on your credit card company, an additional 2-10 business days may pass before the credit is posted to your account. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Once your return is approved, we will refund the original purchase price of the product. Unfortunately, we will not refund any expedited shipping costs.

Refunds of product purchased from other than Rapticstrong.com.au, including purchases made at Amazon.com.au, ebay.com.au or Catch.com.au, are at the discretion of the individual retailer where the product was purchased.

*Please note free shipping (both ways) applies to orders to residential Australian addresses placed through Rapticstrong.com.au. Free shipping may not be available on orders placed on Amazon.com, eBay or Catch.com.au. Customers are responsible for return shipping from outside Australia.
